G:up Managing Your Online Presence - Download Event Slides

G:up secured West Midlands ICT Champion (funded through NAVCA), Pete Read, to deliver this important and timely training before his funding ran out. 

The concept was designed in line with the discussions of the G:XL Information and Communications Learning Cluster, which identified a need for an event focusing on:

  • Creating a social media policy for your organisation
  • Embedding social media and online communication in your general communications policy
  • Managing its use to enhance your organisation and how you communicate
  • And 'not just another social media event teaching you how to set up a Twitter page'!

G:up received much positive feedback, particularly for the relevance and usefulness of this well attended event, where delegates were keen to be kept informed of future developments.

G:up will use this feedback to help shape its future events programme.
