Concept Housing and Support are here to provide a safe living environment where service users can gain essential skills and confidence to take control of their own lives.

To enable our young people to live more independently, we provide a support package that addresses key skills including; life skills, general household tasks and financial budgeting. Assisting our young people to access available facilities including registration with GPs, Dentists, Opticians and Solicitors. Learning resources such as college enrolment are also made available.A dedicated key worker is allocated to each service user to ensure that all needs and requirements are met. They will liaise with the appointed social worker as well as being responsible for making referrals when necessary to any external agencies.
