As the support agency for voluntary and community organisations in the West Midlands area our mission is to enable a sustainable, effective and inclusive voluntary and community sector.
The following strategic aims have been identified for the period 2010 – 2014:
- To promote and maximise the contribution of the voluntary and community sector in improving the quality of life for disadvantaged communities in the West Midlands area (voluntary and community sector contribution)
- To be recognised as the support agency for voluntary and community organisations in the West Midlands area (the support organisation)
- To develop and maintain new programmes to meet present and future needs (service development)
- To be a financially viable, fit for purpose organisation (fit for purpose).
