Which Quality Standard? An Organisational Self Assessment Toolkit

G:up has designed a self assessment toolkit to help children and young people’s voluntary and community sector (CYP VCS) organisations identify areas of their performance that may be supported and enhanced by using a quality standard.

Whatever type of organisation yours is, from small community groups with few or no paid staff, to larger VCS organisations, including infrastructure support organisations, you can complete the toolkit to:

• Assess your development level across 14 key work areas

• Be signposted to quality standards that could help you develop further or evidence your existing skills

• Generate results and reports that you can keep and share with colleagues, staff, trustees, funders etc.  This could be useful for internal standards, procedures and planning, to assess current performance and to highlight areas and means of development.
