Training Needs Audit Report
Midlands Youth and G:up have produced a report outlining and analysing the G:XL audit of workforce training needs amongst organisations in the West Midlands, children and young people’s (CYP), voluntary and community sector (VCS).
The report also explores what barriers there are to organisations in undertaking training, and being able to deliver training.
The report identifies a number of recommendations for moving forward and also informs the training action plan for the sector, which can be viewed here.
